Support routing sequence
Choose the promoter, set the scope, document the reason, then start the session before you open support-only actions.
Start session
Requires SUPER_ADMIN + IMPERSONATE_TENANT. Reason is required.
Scope preset
End session
Only the session starter can end a session. Ending is idempotent.
Tip: When calling promoter endpoints as a platform user, pass the support session ID in header X-Support-Session.
